The main part of this form is the shopping list for the supermarket. It goes in categories such as produce, dairy, bakery, meats, etc. It has common items already listed and room for you to add other items. It has a row for quanity, brand, and a row to check off that you got it.
It also has sections for other stores such as pharmacies, butcher shop, etc.
This form will be sent in Word and PDF format. It is completely editable in Microsoft Word and will come with instructions on how to open the file as well as how to edit it (including adding a logo).
