One is the initial one you send out asking for payment nicely and the second is the one threatening collection if they still have not sent in payment.

These forms will be sent in Word and PDF format.  They are completely editable and will come with instructions on how to open the files as well as how to edit (including adding a logo).

These forms can be sent to you via email (immediate download available) or on a CD.
